At Chef Boe's Food Truck, we believe that great food should be accessible to everyone. That's why we use only the highest quality ingredients in our dishes and strive to keep our prices affordable for all. We believe that quality should never be compromised. That's why we use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes. From our homemade sauces to our hand-made samosas, every element of our menu is carefully crafted to ensure the best possible flavor and texture.

Meet our head chef, Isaiah Jones "Zay". He brings creativity to the menu. His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he creates.
Community Involvement
We're proud to be a part of this vibrant community, and we're committed to giving back whenever we can. That's why we partner with local charities and organizations to donate a portion of our profits each month. We Support Wreath for Veterans. A local non-profit dedicated to making sure that every headstone in our Salisbury National Cemeteries gets an Honor Wreath annually.
You too can help by donating to honor our Fallen Heroes who served, fought bravely, or paid the ultimate sacrifice for Our Country, with a wreath on their headstone. We want to make sure they are not forgotten.
